Whats in a name?

What's in a name? That which we call a rose by any other name would smell as sweet.
William Shakespeare

I've been tossing and turning over the name of our shoe store. I can't seem to find the right one, or even a vague shadow of the right one.... What IS in a name???? Those who have studied this play by Shakespeare probably think that I'm crazy for relating my dilemma to this quote. For, is it not true that this very passage tells the reader that it doesn't matter what you call something, people will know it for what it actually is or does. (Seriously, who is this Shakespeare man? So brilliant play maker who just happens to be right about everything??? )

BUT STILL!! I feel we need the perfect name, one describes youth, gives off excitement, causes a little bit of brain work. I want people to hear the name and love it and want to say it again. I want them to walk by and see our sign and say, wow, what is this new store?

So, I'm calling all my everybodies. Please HELP! If you have any good ideas, or any suggestions please please please let me know. I'm at a total stand still!

I had no idea you were opening a shoe store. Can't wait to see you soon.
I'll have to think a bit more on the name thing.

Hey Laura! It's kayci kimball! How are you? this is quite a problem you have here...I wouldn't know the first thing about naming a store. I'll have to think about it and if I come up with anything I will let you know. I am glad you have a blog, I don't really know how I got here but you know how it goes:) Glad we can keep in touch! Check out our blog:)

Laura! It's your old neighbor (for a year) Heather Brown. I had no idea you knew Kristen. I stalk her blog shamelessly and noticed your name so I just got caught up on your life. Congrats on the beautiful baby and the shoe store! Any luck with names? How about "Foot Fetish" or "Fancy Feet" or "My Passion" or "It's About Love"? Good luck:)
